MeowFace moved to itch

MeowFace, the Android ARKit face tracker has been moved to itch. The reason being that Google is starting to require real names and home addresses from developers to be shown in Google Play.

This application is not being maintained anymore since the background tracking library has been deprecated already several years ago.

While installation of apps outside Google Play may be a bit more complicated I still feel like this is the best course of action to keep the app available for VTubers that do not have iPhones for face tracking as there simply aren't any decent alternatives available.
